This library allows users to use Cassandra to store Lucene indexes. The original source code was built on the code from lucene-on-cassandra which can be found here http://code.google.com/p/lucene-on-cassandra/ Also code and concepts were also used from JBoss' Infinispan implementation of lucene directory. The library uses Netflix's Astynax Cassandra client library to communicate with Cassandra.
