This Bachelor Thesis (TFG) provides a Python framework simulating absorption-diffusion microbial processes. It includes 1D and 3D solvers and flux maps to analyse nutrient flux towards a central entity (e.g., a diatom) influenced by surrounding consuming entities (e.g., bacteria) under various spatial configurations of bacteria.
