Server based on netty and spring,can recv udp/tcp msg from device ,put them into mongodb and trans them to pc with tcp.基于netty和spring的服务器，可以实现接受来自设备的数据(UDP/TCP均可)，存储在MongoDB数据库中并转发给(TCP)连接服务器的PC上位机。
