After standing for 20 minutes at a stop that should have a tram arrive every 4 minutes multiple times I decided to track their schedules. This is the first phase. Saves JPG snaps of three traffic cameras every second so I can use them to recognize when a tram is at the stop. Includes a partial attempt to process them in C# that had mixed results and is being improved upon in JS.
