DOD-Non-Satelite-Comm-ArduinoGUI

The project is the GUI contribution to the Department of Defense, Non-Satelite Communication Capstone Project. The main functionality of this code is to send a string from a GUI over serial to an arduino, have the arduino communication with another arduino and then send the data back to another computer over serial.
