Support various submission related features

In the current release, the tool has been enhanced to support

  • Fetching submissions from challenge

  • Fetching artifacts of a submission

  • Allow global configuration of Topcoder credentials using topcoder config command.

  • Allowing usage of M2M tokens to submit / fetch submissions or artifacts.

  • Documentation published in github pages
