限流组件，支持本地缓存、redis限流计数，提供注解限流、动态限流两种实现方式。注解限流：@CurrentLimiting，通过注解添加限流场景、策略、限流上限等参数。动态限流：LimitFilter，通过其中的静态方法，动态添加、删除、查看、初始化限流请求。
