If I were to shoplift a bag of chips and made it known to the store owner, I would almost certainly be arrested. Why is Twitch allowed to get away with fundamental human rights abuses in addition to gross amounts of fraud? We need to convince them to turn themselves in ASAP using only lawful methods of SIGINT and cyberwarfare.
